If you change your mind and cancel your order before we have shipped it, you will be given a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot provide a refund, but we can provide an exchange. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange the items you purchased when they are returned in unused condition. Simply follow the guidelines below.
You have 21 days from the date on our invoice to request an Exchange.

B. Your Full Address:
a) Suite or Unit #, Street # and Street Name
b) City, State and Zip Code
C. Your Order Number (or CCI Invoice # if available)
D. Your Telephone Number
E. Let us know what you want to return for exchange.
We suggest you visit https://www.canadacutlery.us to identify what you would like in place of the item you are returning. If you are not sure, let us know that too, and we be pleased to assist you.

Make sure to package all knives securely so that there is no possibility of the sharp blade tearing through the outer shipping container you send them back to us in.
Note: Canada Cutlery Inc. is not responsible for any injuries that could result from you not safely packaging the products you return to us; it is critical that you package knives so that they cannot cause an injury.
Goods returned must be marked correctly as "Return to Supplier Free Domicile". Any parcels that arrive at the Canadian border with charges owing, incorrectly completed customs forms, etc. will not be forwarded to CCI and will be refused/returned to you.
If shipping by courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), ensure that "Return to Supplier Free Domicile" is indicated on the waybill, or it will be rejected by the Canadian customs authority (CBSA).
A store credit will be issued for the returned, unused merchandise as soon as it has been received by us and it is verified to be in unused condition.
If CCI finds that the returned items are not in unused condition, they will be returned to you. Transportation costs both to and from CCI are your responsibility.
We cannot exchange personalized, special order or customized items.
All goods are completely guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects.
