As a culinary student at NFCI in Niagara Falls, NY, I have been told to purchase Wusthof or F Dick knives but after having CCI Masterpiece Forged knives they are Masterpiece Forged..couldn't be more satisfied and definitely a long term customer. I know culinary knife quality as my grandfather who's father was a Master Chef from Toronto via Germany had passed on the knowledge of what high quality cutlery is. Extremely happy of the craftsmanship of these knives.
