Purpose
Also known as a French or Cook's knife, the blade is curved to allow a rocking motion during usage to get a more precise cut. Finally a high quality knife at an outstanding price

As a culinary student at NFCI in Niagara Falls, NY, I have been told to purchase Wusthof or F Dick knives but after having CCI Masterpiece Forged knives they are Masterpiece Forged..couldn't be more satisfied and definitely a long term customer. I know curead more
