Purpose:
"The ""Double Sharp"" design of the steel maintains the cutting edge of a knife for a longer period of time compared to other knife sharpeners. A few strokes on either side of the blade, every time the knife is used will maintain the sharpness and ensure best cutting performance. "

Designed to maintain a sharp edge on knives used in both commercial and domestic applications.

This steel is less coarse than the SK2, so will bring back a dull edge, but if the edge is extremely dull, the SK2 is recommended.

Carefully hand wash and dry immediately after use, do not place in a dishwasher.
